The Foldaway is engineered for extra durability and optimised for space-saving, thanks to a smart foldable system which is 20% more compact. This design maximises room for goods and minimises wasted space, offering the lowest stacking height of just 30mm when folded.

Every step of the Foldaway’s development involved precise strength calculations. By carefully adjusting wall thickness and reinforcing structures, we enhanced durability without adding unnecessary weight. The high-quality HDPE material further boosts reusability and toughness.
From Concept to Perfection through Prototyping
In collaboration with the prestigious design firm Artori, we blended creativity with technology. Rapid prototyping and 3D printing allowed us to quickly test and refine designs. From scaled models to full-size tests of ergonomic handles, each prototype brought us closer to the ideal foldable crate.
Sustainable Design for the Future
Foldaway is designed with sustainability at its core: made entirely from recyclable HDPE and produced using 100% green energy. The crate also includes advanced features like RFID tagging and in-mould labelling, providing maximum traceability and brand visibility.
